Burton Realty was originally established in 1992 in the township of Walpole where it has been housed in the Post Office building in the main street.
Joe Burton has seen real estate in Walpole change dramatically in that time -
from limited enquiries to the present day high demand for good property.We cover all aspects of real estate from residential sales and rentals to rural, business, subdivisional developments - with Boronia Ridge being our most recent - and others on the drawing board.

| Joe started Real Estate
in 1977 working as a local rep for Harman & Simpson in Denmark until
he bought the Roy Western Franchise in 1987 which he sold in 1992 to open
Burton Realty office in Walpole.
While Joe spends limited time in the office these days, being heavily involved in other business pursuits as well as President of the Denmark/Walpole Football club, he does keep a trained eye on emerging trends and potential opportunities. He is always available for consultation, if required. |

| Cliff joined Burton Realty
in 2004 after 25 years in real estate as a partner and licensee of a large
western suburbs agency in Perth.
Cliff lives on a lifestyle property between Walpole and Denmark. He has five children and five grandchildren and loves his new life in Walpole. |
